# Cut the each yufka into 4 pieces, you should get 12 triangle pieces total.
# Put some of the mixture of finely sliced dill and grated feta cheese on the large side pf the yufka triangles. # Roll it by starting from the large side of it, and after rolling shape it as rose by wheeling around. # Prepare all the pieces by this method, and place them on the oven tray by getting their ends down. # Pour 1 litre water all over the borek pieces, and rest them in water for 1 hour. # At the end of the time remove the borek pieces from the water by holding them to remove their extra water, and place them on the greased oven tray. # Spread oil all over the boreks by the help of a brush, sprinkle nigella seeds all over. # Place the oven tray into oven which is preheated to 383 F, and cook until it turns to light pink. Serve when they turn to tepid. Note: The colour of the quickie boreks is light pink. If you make them redder they dry. |
