# Cook the rotini in boiling water for 12 minutes.
# Add 1 cup cold water mix and then drain.
# Grate the tomatoes, slice the peppers, and pound the garlic cloves.
# Put 1 tbsp + 1 tsp vegetable oil on a frying skillet, when it starts to turn red-hot add peppers.
# When peppers soften a little add tomato, salt and black pepper and boil a few seconds.
# Put the drained macaroni in a pot, pour the mixture with tomato on it.
# Cook the macaroni for 3-4 minutes over low heat and serve.
Note: To prevent macaroni cohere, you can add 1 tsp vegetable oil in its boiling water.
