# Peel the apples, dice, and rest them in the water with lemon.
# Whisk the eggs and the sugar until it reaches the consistency of cream. Add all of the ingredients except apples, mix.
# Finally add the diced apples. Mix well by a spoon.
# Pour the mixture into the cake mould which is greased and floured.
# Bake in the oven which is preheated to 347 F for 40 minutes.
# Rest the cake after removing from the oven for about 10-15 minutes, reverse on a service plate.
Note: You can bake this cake with quinces instead of apples.
